Uniquely situated at the confluence of three major rivers and under the shadow of the majestic heights of Mt. McKinley lies the small town of Talkeetna, Alaska. These rivers are the home to thousands of salmon returning to spawn every year. It is here that Talkeetna Country Smokehouse is located. We are a family owned business where our focus is quality products.

All of our salmon are guaranteed wild, ocean fresh fish caught off the coast in Alaska's pristine waters. After selecting only the finest, extreme care is taken in cooling and handling each fish.

Then it is rushed by air to us where each fish is carefully hand-filleted.

FRESH KING (CHINOOK) SALMON

This fish truly lives up to its name. It is the largest and rarest of all the salmon species. King Salmon is known for its rich flavor and high concentration of essential Omega 3 fatty acids.
